How long does the screening process take?
The one-day health screening typically takes 6 to 7 hours.
However, the duration may vary depending on optional tests and peak periods, so please allow ample time for your visit.

Q2

When will I receive my screening report?
The screening results will be sent to your medical coordinator within approximately four weeks after the examination. If you require a translation, please consult your coordinator.

How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments are accepted through our Health Screening Desk at 03-5802-1553 or by submitting the New Patient Pre-Registration Form through the Department of International Healthcare.

Can I cancel my appointment?
Cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the appointment. A full cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made within 14 days.

Can I undergo screening during menstruation, breastfeeding, or pregnancy?
Certain tests, such as urinalysis, stool tests, and gynecological evaluations, may not be available during menstruation. Additionally, screening services are not available for patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Are there any dietary restrictions prior to screening?
Some examinations, including endoscopy and abdominal ultrasound, require specific dietary restrictions. Please refer to the pre-screening guidelines for details.

Are any tests contraindicated for patients with pacemakers or on dialysis?
Patients with pacemakers cannot undergo MRI, CT, or mammography.
We are unable to offer screening for those on dialysis.
Additionally, certain tests may be canceled in cases of hypertension or temporarily elevated blood pressure.

What payment methods are accepted?
Payment is accepted in cash or by credit card (VISA, JCB, Mastercard, etc.); installment payments are NOT available.

Can I resume my normal activities immediately after screening?
For standard screenings, you can typically resume your normal activities immediately. However, if you undergo procedures such as endoscopy, please follow the specific instructions given after the procedure.
